October is here, and that comes with another update! We’ll be using TWRP and the factory images to update our rooted Pixel to the October Security Update.
The October security update for the Pixel 2 series is out! We’ll be using the factory images, with the help of TWRP to update our rooted phone, as well as being able to keep root access after updating!
October is here and that brings us another update for our Pixel devices. Since TWRP doesn’t support Android 10 running on the newer Pixels (partition changes), we will need to stick with using Magisk Manager to patch a stock boot.img for us, so we can re-root after updating!
